  Waited 20 min to be seated. Took 10 min to have someone take our order. My husband specifically said well done on his burger. Waited another45 min for our food. They brought his burger without a bun. ? Had to flag someone down. Finally they brought a bun. He took a bite and the burger was raw. He flagged down another employee and asked to speak to a manager. After waiting for 10 min for a manager or anybody! We left. Have never had such poor service at any eating establishment before.

  A week ago I posted a funny review, or what was meant to be funny. I run a restaurant and run the social media, so I like when regulars interact with us, and offer light-hearted feedback. My review was meant to be funny, and in good humor. It was not meant to bring any negative attention, but I realized later that the post I made could imply that something inappropriate occurred or that she's anything less than professional. The reality is that even before we got to know her, and become regular customers of hers, Jamie was an awesome bartender. Attentive, considerate, and friendly. My orders were and are always right, she makes the atmosphere enjoyable, and she makes customers feel like they matter. I eat at this Chili's once a week, and it's not a coincidence that it's the day she's working. I've eaten many places where the bartenders care more about getting their side work and closing done over being attentive to the customers. Jamie is not that way, and I'd love to have her at my restaurant.
