I ordered a big cookie for delivery to.my son for.his birthday and it was over.cooked.and the icing was bad.
Neither him or his wife would eat the cookie.
Their.only comment was, we'll we cooked
2 others the same time and they apparently were.ok.
If you cook more then 1 or 2 big cookies at the same.time, it is.possible for the 3rd to.be.over.cooked.
They did.not.offer.refund, and only offered a $15.00 credit towards another purchase in shop.
I guess that's fine, other then I wont be able to use it, I live our of state. Cookie was ordered for my son who lives in that area.
They.did however offer the $15.00 credit.to.my son to come in. Not sure if he will, because he was disappointed in the cookie.
There was not even an offer to make it right, or to redo the cookie order.December 25, 2016
